Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling
Connecting with the individual lies at the heart of all that we do, and all of our work in the community bears this hallmark. Our therapists are curious, competent companions, helping clients to navigate their internal landscape toward healing, peace and freedom.

Therapeutic Talks & Workshops
Eido is dedicated to combating fear and misinformation in the prevailing culture by equipping communities with essential knowledge and tools to engage mental health and relational issues effectively and compassionately.
Our therapists can be booked to deliver high-yield, interactive presentations and lectures in all spaces, including corporate settings, schools and universities, social communities and faith groups.
Therapy At Events
Eido therapists provide therapeutic support at health, wellbeing and social concern events, utilising focused therapeutic approaches that maximise the impact of drop-in therapy contexts. We create safe spaces at conferences, support groups and a wide range of in-person and remote events, helping you to maximise the beneficial impact of your public offerings.

Corporate Therapy Packages
We provide flexible, confidential online interventions that promote psychological wellbeing in the workplace. Our webinars, short-form therapy sessions and reflection sessions increase resilience, motivation, focus and job satisfaction in the workforce, while reducing the costs of psychological distress for companies.
Retreat Therapy Packages
Retreats and residential events present powerful opportunities to kickstart life changes. Our team consults with retreat organisers to develop bespoke psychotherapeutic support programmes to meet the specific needs of prospective delegates.
Eido therapists lead teams of counsellors and support workers, facilitate allocation of service delivery, and deliver group workshops and 1:1 sessions, addressing issues ranging from stress and intimate relationship struggles to existential issues and spiritual integration.
We also provide compassionate peer supervision for all serving helpers, counsellors and therapists, as well as the option of follow-up individual therapy for delegates to continue their therapeutic process.

Eido Wellbeing Resources
Wisdom is power. At eido, we are passionate about furnishing people with the tools they need to better understand themselves and those around them. We develop resources to address the greatest internal and relational health challenges of our time, providing information, perspective, helpful tips and strategies to support healing and growth. We aim also to improve the capacity of local communities to support those struggling with their mental health.

The Gift of Therapy
Having witnessed and experienced the benefits of high-quality therapeutic care, we at eido are committed to improving access to high-quality, effective therapeutic care for all.
We developed eido • sow as a means of support for those less able to access therapy by conventional means. We have the privilege of working alongside donors, organisations and communities to see funding raised for subsidised or fully-funded brief and long-term psychotherapeutic care for those who need it.
If you are a friend, family member, faith group leader or even a former client and you'd like to sponsor someone you care about to access therapy, eido • sow is an incredible way to pay healing forward, and change your world for the better.
